Stop your whinging when it doesn't actually make sense.
If the board is trying to do things quickly (which it is DEFINITELY in your best interests) then a retail offer is NOT appropriate.
You can also do a little research into what the cost (in both money terms and time) to the company is for each of potential capital raising options that it has at hand. I'm pretty sure you would be more p#@#ed that the company was throwing away most of it's money , meaning it would only be able to use a portion of the money that is raised. ie a fair proportion of the money raised would go to covering costs. Or taking months to put its plans into action....
Ease up lads - nothing the company has done YET should have you annoyed. HOWEVER, if nothing happens off the back of the money being raised, and the cash isn't utilised properly, meaning that more and more need doing through wastage - THEN you can get the pitchforks out.
