a few things.
The 150 match will not have to be all at once. The grant is staggered and only applies to certain things (example plant and equipment can be used, buildings and land can not)
Any loan can be used for the the match including DOE loan.
Commercial loans are also available.
Product pre purchase is also an option from from off taker(s). Chris has spoken about this.
I am sure there are many more options available.
