If true, i don't think it is the worst outcome as just 2 weeks ago it was sub 20c. As you say it removes the risk and sets up for a possible offtake also perhaps move directly to stage 2. Next year will be Cobalt year as 100k is broken.
GAP at 285c - if it were to drop, ill add as the story is getting started.
