    It's a placement, not a spp.

    It will go straight to brokers and sophisticated investors at about a 10 day VWAP.

    Regarding the massive sell off, it significantly overshot rationality and few days ago and is now simply finding fair value. With just 750k oz and maybe 1m on the next upgrade, it's probably about right where it is now.
