I'm happy to see this as a note issue.
Although the price will find it harder to get past the $1.65 level, it is a good outcome to effectively raise at $1.65 rather than the $1.25 that an ordinary issue would have gone thru at.
They have said they needed to preserve capital to double their book.
This is clear evidence they have good case flow.
