Personally i like the cash raise via notes. Most of my portfolio is in notes, bonds and the like.
The notes issue will gear nicely for those with large bundles of stock, otherwise the 1 for 10 split will make it hard to pickup plenty. Will be interesting to see how they trade once listed as there are plenty of 10% running yields around, will they discount to face, have no idea but interested to find out.
