The proxy count was 26 million for and 23 million against. A poll was called so now they have to recount but it appears to be a desperation attempt on the part of a really vocal shareholder possibly aligned with FAS.
The meeting was adjourned to count the polls and recount the total votes. The outcome is unlikely to change as there is a 3 million discrepancy and the major players would have voted already.
