XRF announce trading-halt and CR. As company has no cashflow/debt problems i assume its for an aquisition. I know management have set bar high re growing mkt-cap.... but is this the time to be growing by diluting share value to buy opposition companies? The devil is is the detail and i hope aquisition is on low PE and immed earnings acretive. But am so over crs.
My guess... CR at 21-22c. sigh.
