The way to increase the share price is to move into production and I doubt that the finance would be fully available by borrowing so there would need to be some sort of capital raising.
To get it fuly underwritten is not that easy to do so that puts the company in a tricky situation. There is a fair chance there will be some dilution and that is normal as the big end of town can put in that sort of money in
Hopefully the directors have lots of shares so it is in their interest not to get to bigger dilution as well
Lets wait and see - but hopefully they will get moving and do something as the longer they do not anything the worse it may be for the share price
