Could you find anyone who has not problems? No problems people would try to make the problems for themselves. Too much problems people try to escape their responsibility to fix the problems.

FMS has its own problems without questions. They have to fix its own problems to drill the IO, do the feasibility study if it really wants to be the hopeful IO producers, get the IO reserves if it has to bet on IO, put some money into diamond and phosphate exploration to spread the risks, and at last get balance sheet good enough to make its future.

No any individual could help FMS to fix all of these problems. The problems mean the opportunities and risks. It is just half bottle for your decision about what you need to do, which should be done by your risk control mechanism not to find the excuses to escape the responsibility of the decision maker.

Pelm is great to find the problems but he insists to hold the half of bottle of water in his decision making process only. It is not right logically and could be fetal in the market. In long enough time, if you could not make the money, you would be losers without mater who you are and what you play. You have to stay with the problems and risks.
