    Can't really see K H Hung's share issue at 8.5c being approved at the shareholders meeting come end of April.

    Especially as options are attached that are now (almost) in the money.

    Was all done in good faith when the company was cashless but the completion of the Stage 1 capital raising has made the company liquid, reduced risk substantially, and given the share price some legs.
