Have you ever considered just jumping on board and not consistently down ramping? If it is capital raising for larger insto's to get onboard explain how that can be perceived as a bad thing, besides from share dilution? If Zip went to America and no one wanted to invest then I agree it would be an issue... However, the last cap raise was over subscribed and Quadpay since then has continued to make huge growth. Why rule out it being oversubscribed again? The issue is the current disconnect between zip and Quadpay, some American investors may not be aware they are the same company and listed on ASX. Or they are aware but given the added exchange risk especially in this environment they are exposed to more risk and would prefer to limit currency exposure. The point of the roadshow was to spread brand awareness and seek larger investors. Whether that means a capital raise or buying on the market is just speculating. The only downside imo is if it isn't oversubscribed.
