GXY is building a Lithium Carbonate plant in China not Malaysia - and RDR has similar plans.
In GXY's HK listing prospectus their cost of production/transfer-price to China is similar to what I quoted - so any other suggestions cannot be taken seriously.

by the way RDR is quoting 80% recovery of the Lithium in the proposed plant - GXY was quoting 75% - but GXY is not achieving more than half of what was proposed after 7 months of production - wonder if RDR/MIN numbers are just as realistic as GXY?
