Dont think John will buy back in until after the capital raising to see what the dilutionary effect may be but i certainly cant speak for him.
It will certainally stall the shareprice at worst as without funding complketed there will be no drilling so why buy in at the moment as there is no catalyst to drive prices higher now - some Traders may even get frustrated and sell into .005
