Well there you go right on the money a CAP raise at 0.6c... Obviously used the VWAP calc to set the raise price...Vwap was probably on or around 7 so everyone gets a discount to the VWAp

Fairly equitable deal for Private vs Institutions fro a change IMO...Would like to know what the cut off date is for the existing holders to get the free Options ...

No real incentive to buy at 6c given you get 1 free attaching option per 2 shares if you buy the cap raise as a holder.

Dilution is the major issue... but if they hit gas SP could double in a day...
