parkerkeith, why would ASIC be all over them, all announcement were quiet clear in relation to FMG and confirmed to the press by FMG. The failing of a non-binding agreement seems pretty straight forward!
I am glad they had the balls not to sell us down the drain!
Think about it FMG and OBL would more than likley (my bet) had strict confidentiality requirements while negotiations were on.
