A lot of the discussion here seems to be based on the assumption that the CR will fall short. (Beach's own timetable assumes that it will.) But if it doesn't fall short and your entitlement gets scaled down, you can be left waiting a very long time to get back to where you were.
The market in Beach shares is obviously being manipulated by short-sellers (see the notices from Citi and BofA around 30/3) but the long-term fundamentals have to be at least OK.
