    In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Swala Energy Limited (“Swala Energy” or
    “Company”) requests that a trading halt be implemented in respect of all Swala Energy
    securities quoted on the ASX, pending an announcement from the Company in relation
    to a capital raising via a private placement to professional and sophisticated investors.
