Though I am eagerly waiting for the terms and price, I hope they do not dilute the shares much. Anything above 40 million shares issued will not be good to Swala on a long term, IMO.
I wish they could have opted financial arrangement as loan rather than going for CR at these early stages. Even if they raise CR at 25 cps, I still see it as downside as we should be at least 30 cps for the progress we have made.

Capital raised at lower prices mean more dilution and not good for any company. If we opted for loan and went ahead with drilling, I am sure we could have done CR at very good price. Let us hope Announcement will be positive.!
