Assuming they can get a capital raise away somewhere in the mid-twenties, I would see it as a fantastic outcome for shareholders.
What it would do is make the company relatively secure, as opposed to taking on debt when we have no income, no reserves, no resource. Other than possibly a convertible note (which is defacto equity in any case), I couldn't see how SWE could raise debt at this stage of the game in any case....we really have no collateral to offer.
Anyhow, still waiting on the details before passing final judgement.
