    Looks like another one- pump up the price -then raise some more money.
    Read through there annoucements re capital raising noticed they did not mention once that their existing shareholders would be given priority
    Appears they may have some of their mates lined up for this also no one underwriting this issue.

    Has anybody else read their ann. What was your thoughts?????
