Interesting to see AVH announce a capital raising this morning. Any ideas how much, to whom and why?
They had $8m as at 30 June with a burn rate of about $4m for the last 12 months, suggesting almost 2 years of cash flow cover, so why raise now before some results come out?
Thoughts? What, are they're expecting bad news, so raise now before the price goes lower? Is there a large cap expense on the books? Are they really ramping u[p expense on R&D / marketing? Cornerstone investor?
Lot's of possibilities, hopefully positive?
Hopefully, if it is a 'standard' raising small shareholders don't get left behind.
