I agree with the forced change comment.
If it were not for the legal consequences postings and the call to arms things may have been alot different. The old board was extremely rattled and hence the fantastic appointments of the 3 go getters.
Yes I also agree pay them performance options with a realistic price that they can reach.
I'm digging deep to bring my average right down and look forward to my free options. ex 2014
