if it is true and the money is in the bag, then its great news.

1) no more worry about getting the money out of the gready banks (this was a worry for me in todays market).
2) further tick from sophisticated investors
2) small dillution.
3) might explain stagnant SP .

p.s
if it is one of the existing top 20 shareholders that have bagged the lot, then IMHO there has been some selling down to get this .62c price. Lets see , who bags them.
