Re tax, I suggest you read the Balance Sheet in the CQT AR just released: you will note the line which shows
> Accumulated losses (27,829,464)
At the statutory tax rate of 30%, those accumulated losses (typical for an explorer which is pre-revenue) are sufficieht to shield CQT's first $92.8 million of pre-tax income.
As to the arsenic question, I'm sure that CQT's geologists and consultants will address the issues in the DFS due out next month. Gone are the days when advanced economies could freely export their pollution and contaminants to China and other emerging economies.
