With all due respect, I must differ with you. There is NO way that a company of CQT's size could prudently take on a $130 million project 100% debt-funded. Not that any debt funders would take on the risk of 100% financing the Silver Hill project without an appropriate D/E ratio, which implies raising some equity: the only questions are WHEN and HOW MUCH.
