To my knowledge clients of Southern Cross Equities & Azure Capital. As far as i know Azure are advisors to CQT so i am pretty sure that the shares would be distributed to large instos & other selected clients. (friendlies)
I actually rang & tried to get in but to no avail so it was all cut & pretty well dried prior to announcement from what i could glean.
I dont no the terms & conditions of placement timing etc but it would be really interesting for someone who knows to monitor the register to see how it balances once the new shares are issued
