    Hi all,
    I was hoping maybe someone with more experience than me could assist my understanding of the proposed capital raising on page 5 of the notice of meeting and proxy form. To me it reads in addition to the 37.8 million shares already placed, NGE would like to place a further 100 million shares before February the 11th 2010. At the top of Page 6 it says if we vote in favor of the issue of shares, then we cannot participate in the capital raising. Is this how it reads to you as well?
