Agree with your sentiment and long term predictions about few opportunities to buy sub 20c, but one has to acknowledge that many shareholders may not be able to participate in SPP without selling some of the shares they already own. Therefore the decision may not necessarily be about following the herd so much but rather being pragmatic.
