Yes, noted PHE... but is that going to be a placement at a discount?! With no recourse for long term retail holders to participate?

My guess is, placement to institutions at around 14-15c and an SPP for us little players.

I'll be taking up my holding but am very interested to see how this one plays out - can't say I'm happy, but I'll wait to see what they say.

Even if it's not related to Tibotec, they're still sniffing around and I'd expect an announcement by Christmas in relation to AT LEAST a break-fee type arrangement.

Final thought - anyone think this would be an ideal time for Tibotec or someone else to make a move on AVX??! Particularly if the SP drops a few cents once trading resumes?!?!
