The $$ from CMIC is starting to smell funny and there have been cases of other Chinese JV partners (in deals with other companies) not coughing up the money.
Could this be a case of "promise" but no delivery?
Timeline is dragging on and share price is drifting down IMHO this is not good and could be back around 50c before too long.
