As I suspected, Mr Market does not like how things are unfolding right now and it is possible she could slip to 50c... Even 40c as FIRB approval (if this is the hold-up) can take a long time and I don't imagine Govt departments have made any headway on this over the Xmas & New Year periods as many key staff would be on annual leave.
