    Just received the prospectus.

    Seems that they have run out of money so its raising money or going broke ? Interesting that the directors are taking their full allotment (though probably got no choice).

    I've been looking on the net for future outlooks, prospects, sales in the australian pearling industry etc

    Anybody found anything interesting about a possible recovery?
