There is some debate whether the cap raising is an actual requirement prior to relist. My thoughts are that if it is not then don't do it now. Why do another $5m odd at $1...it's again further dilution. Better to relist, release news and get the price up, then do the cap raising. If we can get past the ASX this is a much preferred option in my mind.
As for price I think we should be $2+ one month post relist...excluding cash position, the company has never looked better
