I hope they don't, it would be a very poor long term strategy.

If they do need money over the short term they should borrow it, show the market that they are aware of the markets concerns and address them by organised access to finance if needed and put the fear of capital raising at a distressed price.
If the decide to capital raise later do it when the production issues are over and the sp has recovered or if possible out of cash flow.
