I have a contrary view to most here so will accept being voted down on this one.

I topped up this morning at 55cts as I do not see a substantial fall coming.

Yes I do see the low capital raising price as a favour to some deep pocketed investors but that may acftually make longer term business sense.

What VMS now needs are key long term investors who will increase the profile of VMS and be able to support the large project financing arrangements that I clearly see will be fast tracked.

It may be annoying to PI's but it is a fact that serious firms do not pay much attention to short term traders who by their very nature are taking a bet and not really interested in longer term project development.

For now the share price has moved up strongly since the capital raising so the mgmt may have actually taken the right decision?
