Will see the nature of the cap raising, a sophisto/insto's only placement may means brokers have approached the Co to get in on any potential action so they dont have to purchase on market with the rest of us plebs :-)
Usually a good sign, if it is not at too big a discount.
The fact they are packaging some addition exploration results in as well is kinda interesting, but may indicate a retail placement.
IMHO news based cap raisings dont indicate a lot of confidence in the long term outcome of the project e.g
If you have $2M in the bank and a good prospect why cap raise BEFORE you let the drill bit hit the ground (excluding the fat cats/instos "sponsored" raisings).
