Call me a cynic, but now I have my answer as to why the Chairman sold all of his stock at a higher price. He would have known full well when he sold 3 weeks ago that a major capital raising was required. In fact, considering the amount of time it takes to seek capital, isn't it fair the say that that he was aware of this when he did sell?
