Ron and his team have a significant shareholding. They think like us. They are insistent on performance.
Ron has done an incredible job in developing this company without excessive dilution. Believe me he hates dilution. He told me this personally...in depth. If I know Ron there will be a sweetener after this.

As I previously mentioned just look at the quality of the Diectors.
