I agree that many directors do get free share issues but in the case of BOW it is much different. Check back and you will see that Ron Prefontaine has put a lot of his own cash into his ( and our )company.

I don't know much about 'BOTS' but in the end value will prevail. And if you value the reserves that BOW are heading towards you will realise that BOW are hugely undervalued and will be sought after by the majors as they look to secure long term secure supply for their gas trains.
