    Hopefully it is for a "scale-up". Hard to imagine they would need a significant cash injection just to get them throug the next few months - I am sure they have enough financial backing for this. AS hinted at sufficient demand for up to 1 billion units at the last meeting so possibly have a requirement to start building for this.
