No, wages - simple. A company that is not earning an income has to obtain funds from somewhere, that's what being involved in a speculative stock is all about.
1. Take the risk in buying the shares.
2. Put up with dilution while they "sell" more.
3. Put up with "selling" out to China or whoever.
4. Take your profits when the SP increases.
5. Take your losses when the SP collapses.
A very cruel summary but that's life.
