I have had advice from Macquarie Prime that as from 23 Dec they will reduce amount that can be borrowed against PCL shares on margin to zero. Often their margin rate changes seem to have no logic or effect but sometimes too they do seem to coincide with pressure on stock for various reasons. Watching with interest.
