What's the story with Harbinger?
Selling shares and then a convertible note at a premium?
I grabbed a few for a trade based on the fact that the sp went up around 100% within a week or two in mid 2008 when a $50m convertible note agreement with Harbinger was announced at a premium. The sp swiftly collapsed again.
What happened to the $50m?
Was it only partially drawn, yet to be converted?
