In one of my previous posts I outlined that Harbinger had paid $15m of a $50m commitment to POS and it was priced at $1.....this seems to be a part of that con note promise negotiated at a price closer to market and a respectful premium added.
Awaiting insto buying as we are moving from explorer status to future producer in a healthy nickel priced market.
