if those that sold in the 6 and 7 cents mark wait to long then they might not be able to buy back 9 cent plus.
you state 600 billion ton of coal is an estimate,
correct estimate at lowest level
you did not mention the higher estimate of 1 trillion plus.
jv in the past were small companies will no money except bg who were only a hindrance and only wanted to explore when they felt like it.
The chinese are another kettle of fish, strong and they want resources and possible lifetime of them.
