The cap raising issue won't go away, the book reads the longer you delay a raising the lower the price
Does anybody have any thoughts as to how Downer would structure a raising, Rights issue, placement, SPP?
Probably a rights issue combined with a sophisticated placement with a large insto, overs may or may not be applied for. Though with my small holding (1 share) left after a cheeky day trade I'm hoping for a 15k SPP for max upside downside limited.....
