Its a wonderful resource market we are in. I have also seen a few capital raisings that were done above market prices and I think Chalmers but more importantly Gandell dont want too much of a dilution of their stakes. So whatever comes out of it the calculators have been doing their job and I think the price will jump. I am not ramping because I am only a small shareholders who is intending to buy more.
