The announcement says nothing about a cap raising. I think this is about cutting the dividend. They have already said they will do that if necessary (see ann 23 Dec) and its priced in...

"The decision regarding any interim dividend payment will be made based on the actual trading results of Hastie Group for the half-year to 31 December 2010, to preserve its cash reserves Hastie Group has agreed with its banking group to limit any such interim dividend payment to no more than 3cps."
