Hi Nathan
Point 3 of the release says:
"The Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of the close of normal trading on Thursday the 24 February 2011, or when an announcement is made by the Company regarding the above capital raising."
To me that means that they can release it after the close of business today and it is an option to do it earlier if it is ready.
